The historic architecture of the long narrow homes unique to the Lowcountry is the inspiration behind our mission. The porch, or piazza, acts as a portal used to communicate with friends and neighbors. When the doors, also known as “hospitality doors,” are open, the occupants are home and ready to receive guests.
